Hey, I’m Jazmin Lucky — a Production Manager working in unscripted TV, advertising, and development.
I have over 9 years of experience working across production coordination and management in fast-paced environments where things are constantly moving and rarely go exactly as planned. I’m usually in the middle of it all, keeping projects organized, connecting the right people, and helping things move forward when timelines tighten or plans shift.
My experience spans unscripted television, branded content, and advertising, giving me a strong understanding of both the creative and operational sides of production. I’ve worked closely with creative teams, talent, and stakeholders to support projects from development through execution.
I also have experience in unscripted development, including researching, creating, and pitching original show concepts. That experience shapes how I approach my work. I’m always thinking about what makes a concept work, what holds attention, and how an idea translates from paper to screen.
I like being in environments where things are moving, people are collaborating, and no two days look the same. I take the work seriously, but I also value being someone people enjoy working with.
